No derogatory marks.
I have never had anything in collections and public records.
My credit is aging.
I have not been opening as many personal cards as I have been in the last year.
This helps in aging because no new cards will weigh the average age down.
I keep my oldest cards open to bring the average age up.
I have 22 total credit accounts.
This includes 17 cards and 5 loans which shows experience in diversity of credit.
I keep my hard inquiries to a minimum.
I only apply for cards that I have a good chance of getting that will benefit my portfolio.
